Our in house activities can brighten the dullest of days, so don’t let rain stop play…

Time with your family and friends is so precious, so why not spend it having fun! The large conservatory and games room offers a large space to relax, eat, rest and play.
Alternatively, the stunning views of the gardens reaching across Cardigan Bay to Snowdonia make this a wonderful space for retreats and meetings. We can tailor the room to fit in with your specific wishes.

Try your hand at table tennis or pool, challenge your friends and family with our wide selection of board games, or snuggle up in our comfy lounge for a relaxing evening with our amazing LG Oled 63 inch T V. Enjoy homemade scones in front of a roaring log fire or host your own cocktail party from our bar.

When the sun shines get outdoors; there’s so much to see and do.

Set in seven acres of gardens, there’s more than enough room to chill with a glass of something cold, among the azaelea, hydreangea and roses, while enjoying sun-sparkling views across Cardigan Bay.

If you’re feeling more active then our Spacious Grounds and huge lawn can transform into: -
'The Oval' – for an afternoon game of cricket
'The Olympic Stadium' - for the energetic decathlon
'The Place de L'hotel de Ville' - for a relaxing game of boules
'The Madison Square Gardens' - for Rounders/Baseball
'Wimbledon Croquet Club' - for Croquet

Our fabulous re surfaced (June 2022) Tennis Court with a sea view is too good to miss, and the nearby enclosed seating area is ideal for Pimms and strawberries. Later, at the end of a busy day what can be more fun than a BBQ in the garden, watching the sun sink below the horizon.

• Outdoor Kitchen in Progress: Our latest project includes an outdoor kitchen housed within a stunning Cedar gazebo. You can look forward to a gas Webber BBQ, a Kamado Joe Lump wood BBQ, and a Pizza Oven – perfect for al fresco dining. Our completion date for this project Easter 2024.
• Secluded Patio with Sea Views: (Built 2023) Discover a secluded patio area surrounded by flower beds and slate pathways. It's the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and take in the breathtaking sea views.

If golf is your passion then there are nearby courses aplenty, waymarked footpaths run through the grounds and fishing lakes are just a short walk away; we guarantee that you’ll never be bored.
