Carys Althoff Roberts – Experienced Pilates Instructor who has been teaching Pilates/ Dance / Aromatherapy Massage for 38 years, will demonstrate throughout your stay how, by 'relaxing the mind and body', is so important for the body’s well-being for everyday function, this, combined with informative, uplifting nature walks will leave you feeling more relaxed, positive and fulfilled to cope with 'everyday life'. Alternatively Mynydd Ednyfed Country House can be boked by a therapist who is interested in organising a RETREAT , and taking the opportunity to experience with her clients, the ideal venue for such an occassion

FRIDAY
3.00 pm - Check in
3.30 pm -  Tea / Coffee / Itinerary
5.30 pm -  Pilates session
7.30 pm -  2 course dinner (bring own wine if required)
9.00 pm -  Relax and de-stress session before retiring

SATURDAY
8.00 am -  Morning pilates
9.00 am -  Breakfast
11.00 am -  Informative nature walk along Dwyfor estuary
1.00 pm -  Pub lunch at Feathers Inn (chargeable) followed by walk around Llanystumdwy village, Lloyd George’s home village / grave
4.30 pm -  Free time – Explore Mynydd Ednyfed’s grounds or relax in the lounge.
6.00  pm -  Chair pilates
7.30 pm -  2 course dinner followed by Quiz Night

SUNDAY
8.00 am -  Morning stretches / Pilates
9.00 am -  Breakfast
10.00 am -  Walk up Mynydd Ednyfed (at back of property/ old garrison fort overlooking Llyn Peninsular), circular meditation OR
morning sea swim with ‘Wooly Hatters’ (hot water bottles available on return + hot chocolate)
12.30 pm -  Pilates session
1.30 pm -  Buffet lunch followed by checkout

MEALS
Breakfast, lunch, and evening meal will consist of tasty, homemade dishes using locally sourced produce. We encourage guests to participate in the serving of the food to create a unity amongst the group.
If there are any dietary requirements, we need to know on booking.
There will be tea/ coffee / fruit juice / waters / healthy bars available throughout stay (please bring any alcoholic drinks if required with you)
