Hot tasty supper awaiting you in the Kitchen Aga

Maureen and Arwel can provide a tasty Aga Supper using locally sourced produce. Your menu choice will be prepared and  cooked , then taken through to keep warm in the Aga, so you can serve your tasty supper when is convenient to all your guests.

MENU  CHOICE as follows

‘Fish Pie’ oozing with  fish, eggs (hard boiled),vegetables, all bound with a tasty fish sauce topped with creamy mashed potatoes and local grilled cheese, served with home baked crusty rolls  @  £15.95 per portion

Boeuf Bourguignon, using local Welsh Black beef served with Boiled Rice  @ £15.95 per portion

Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetable Casserole served with Jacket Potatoes and Garlic/Herb Butter @ £13.95 per portion

Pork Loin Chop slow cooked in a vegetable sweet and sour sauce, served with egg fried rice  @ £14.95 

 Mushroom, Brie and Cranberry  Wellington served with a tomato and pepper coulis, with Jacket Potato and tossed salad @ £12.95

Optional Extra  ‘Quick stir fried mixed fresh green vegetables’  @ £2.95 @ head with the meals’

 Welsh Bara Brith  (bread and butter) whisky and orange pudding, served hot with Anglaise sauce-
 Chilled lemon and ginger crunch, topped with fresh raspberries and mint –
 Local Welsh cheese board with oatcakes and home made apple and date chutney (£3.00 extra) OR £8.95   per person as a separate course
 Orange and Grand Marnier Creme Brulee with crystallised orange
