Whatever your reason to visit Mynydd Ednyfed you may be interested in booking one of our workshop activities. Perfect for team building, group activities or doing something a little bit different for a family celebration you’ll enjoy participating in one of the following:

The workshop includes improving core strength and balance, body toning, working on individual body alignment, finding out which parts of the body have been weakened by injury or bad posture.
A workshop for a happier and stronger body

Meditation & Relaxation
This workshopteaches different breathing techniques, various visualisation techniques and working on the chakras.
An enlightening and fulfilling session!

Health & Well-being
Including Pilates, meditation, visualisation, holistic therapy and nutrition.
A workshop full of wholesome knowledge

For the above both 1 hour sessions and workshops are available.

One hour sessions cost £10 per person, with a minimum of 5 participants required. These sessions are available for Pilates, meditation and relaxation or to have some fun with pompom dancercise. One hour sessions can be arranged for any day of the week.

Workshops cost £50 per person per day, with 1 or 2 day workshops available. A minimum of 5 participants are required. Depending upon the weather workshops can be held indoors or outside.

Nordic walking
Nordic Walking is quite unique in that it provides benefits for everybody from those with medical problems to the super fit.

Whatever age, fitness level or goal, - Nordic Walking is suitable, effective and enjoyable.

Nordic Sessions Available:-

2 hour taster session:- using the grounds of Mynydd Ednyfed and local tracks
4 hour session:- using local tracks and beach
6 hour session:- going further afield and having a packed/pub lunch

A fitness element can be added to the walks to include body weight circuits.
Nordic Poles supplied as part of the session.

Alan and Ruth have been running our Bird watching Trips since 2009 and love to share the wonderful birds, mammals and scenery of North Wales.

They charge £100 per person per day, minimum of two people or £200 for one person on a custom day; this includes an eight hour day, transport, use of telescopes, loan binoculars if required, use of field guides, checklist of the birds. The cost does not include food, drinks, snacks, and items of a personal nature. You will stop for a café lunch or a picnic if you prefer that option. Whether you are just beginning your bird watching adventures or have been watching birds for years, all you need is ENTHUSIASM. Alan and Ruth will take care of the rest.
