For the above both 1 hour sessions and workshops are available.
One hour sessions cost £10 per person, with a minimum of 5 participants required. These sessions are available for Pilates, meditation and relaxation or to have some fun with pompom dancercise. One hour sessions can be arranged for any day of the week.
Workshops cost £50 per person per day, with 1 or 2 day workshops available. A minimum of 5 participants are required. Depending upon the weather workshops can be held indoors or outside.
